Working Principle

It is an electronic device consisting of a Load Sensor duly governed by a microcontroller based programmable circuit. On placing the I.V. Bottle on its hanger, it measures the load & on pressing the "Percentage" push button, it converts the total load into percentage. By default it will consider it as 100%.


It has been pre-programmed that as the weight goes below 30%, it gives an audible & visual indication. There are 4 settings available in the form of 10%, 20%, 30% & 50%. Each has got its own switch (Push Button Type). On pressing the respective button, the limit has been set & as the percentage level goes below the set limit, it blows an alarm & gives visible indication also.

During the activity of fluid transformation, it has been observed that the fluid gets blocked during its transformation process. It has also been taken care by this system. It gives an audible and visible indication during blockage.

All the data of load & percentage displays on an LCD Display. It displays the present percentage on the hanger stand. As the fluid level reduces in the I. V. Bottle, percentage figure also gets reduced. The size of Display can be made as per customers requirement.

The output of the system can also be interfaced with "Call Bell". It will give an indication to the attendants available at the reception. If required, it can SMS the alerts to the attendants also.

It is the non-contact liquid level indicator with high accuracy. The device can be interfaced with any communication mechanism.

The product has been developed considering the basic requirement of the application. If there is any customized requirement then it will also be taken into priority.

A Reset Push Button is provided for acknowledgement of Buzzer. On pressing it, the buzzer will stop blowing.

The bottle is to be hanged on the hanger which is placed on the bottom of the cabinet panel.
